Inbound Sales Advisor

Overall purpose of this role
· To maximise sales conversions of all relevant products and ‘add ons’ through high quality handling of inbound sales enquiries.
Key accountabilities
· Achieve all agreed sales targets for new business and related products, through inbound calls, ensuring all systems and quality procedures are followed at all times.
· Offer our customers an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring customer and business needs are met, in terms of call answering performance and high quality interactions.
· Ensure all sales are undertaken in accordance with the Company's compliant processes.
Education/qualifications
· Good general education, qualifications ideally include English and Maths GCSE.
The work experience you'll need
· Sales experience is required, although insurance or call centre experience is not essential as extensive training will be provided.
What we'll be looking for in you
· Enthusiasm for achieving realistic yet stretching sales targets.
· Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training and development.
· Good communication skills over the telephone.
· Ability to build a rapport with customers over the telephone, ensuring systems and procedures are properly adhered to.
· These shifts will cover evenings up to 9:00 pm week days (late shifts) and also some weekend working up to 6pm. .

· Confidence to present complex information in clear, simple terms.
· The ability to work on your own initiative and be a real team player.
