It gives you the opportunity to indicate each year how you would like your salary and benefits package made up.For example, we can offer you a higher level of benefits from the list below and a lower cash salary, or a lower level of benefits with a higher cash salary.
Holiday
In addition to receiving up to 25 days from continued service, you can also chose to increase your standard holiday entitlement to a maximum of 30 days each year (full-time or part-time equivalent).
Life Assurance
This cover provides your dependants and beneficiaries with a tax-free lump sum in the event of your death in service. It provides financial security more cost effectively, and is easier to arrange than if you were to buy the cover yourself, independently. You may increase your cover from the core of 2 x pensionable salary.
Permanent Health Insurance
This is a fantastic benefit fully funded by the Company. It provides an insured proportion of earnings which would be otherwise lost in the event of you not being able to undertake normal employment due to ill health.
Pension
You can elect to join the Company's Stakeholder Pension Scheme funded from your own remuneration package from as little as 0.5% up to 15% of your pensionable salary.

Personalised vouchers are provided for payment of childcare which can be used with all legal forms of childcare e.g. childminders, nurseries, out of school schemes. The vouchers enable you to reduce your childcare costs due to potential savings on National Insurance payments.
